• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice are available

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Discounted, sale, or clearance items
• Customized or altered products
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products, if any

3. Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers must contact us within the eligible return period for exchange requests.
• Exchange shipping charges may apply in certain cases.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed through:

• Original payment method, or
• Bank transfer/UPI (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on banking or payment provider timelines.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share product photos and order details for verification

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

6. Return Shipping

• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
